Our Porfolio

To produce the wine of Chateau Grand Mayne, the vinification takes place in a combination of wood vats and stainless steel tanks. Malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel. The wine is aged in new, French oak barrels that range from 80% new, French oak up to 100% new, French oak barrels, depending on the vintage for an average of 24 months, or slightly less.
