Destemmed grapes : Each grape variety is then vinified individually. Short maceration before the alcoholic fermentation, followed by a long vatting. 15 days post-maceration fermentation.
Deep and shiny garnet color : The nose is complex and shows blackcurrant, red sweet pepper, coffee and pink pepper aromas. Intense and full-bodied wine with integrated tannins.
